Refund Policy


I do not accept returns. 

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, I will contact you immediately. If you do not respond within 10 days, you forfeit your right to a refund, and I reserve the right to resell any item from that order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds can be made up to 12 hours after purchase. Once I have dropped off your order at the post office, it is no longer my responsibility. Please contact your local post office if there is an issue after your order is "In Transit."

Refunds are NOT available for 
-Packages lost by Post Office
-Delayed shipping
-Orders delivered to the incorrect address, if the shipping label purchased matches the address provided at checkout
-Any reason you decide to cancel your order after the inital 12 hours following purchase

These policies also apply to custom orders. Deposits for customs are 100% non-refundable. Once a custom piece has been completed, edits can be made within reason, but refunds are not available.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 12 days before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are elligible for refunds, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

"Sale Items" are ANY items purchased using a discount code. This includes percentage discounts, BOGO discounts, "Thank You" discounts, dollar amount discounts, and any product labeled as "On Sale."
